Bincoin is a P2P digital money network built in the spirit of early internet software: made to be simple, public, downloadable, inspectable, and free. The network is pre-mainnet; source and binaries publish at launch.
Designed around participation from ordinary machines. Its proof-of-work is RandomX v2, built for CPUs; its transactions carry compact SQIsign post-quantum signatures.
This protocol is being hand-coded with extreme care.
Bincoin is a return to a simpler promise: download the software, run the node, mine with the machine you have, verify the rules yourself, and let the network exist because people choose to run it.
Bincoin is pre-mainnet. Binaries and the source archive are published at launch; each page below tracks its release status.
The most important thing Bincoin does is preserve the parts of Bitcoin that made it usable while replacing the parts that would age badly in a post-quantum, ASIC-dominated future.
The result is not just “Bitcoin with different crypto.” It is a full attempt to keep the old promise alive: ordinary people running ordinary machines, verifying a monetary system whose rules are public, scarce, and not owned by anyone.
